Knights Explode for 16 Runs

The Knights' bats explode for the second straight game while their pitchers improve in throwing strikes and getting ahead of batters. Behind 19 hits, the Knights defeat the Minneapolis Blue Sox 16-2 in 9 innings and allow only 4 hits in the game. Both Christian Zellner and Dan Piilola collect 3 hits in the game and Ethan Simonson extends his hit streak to 9 games.

In the last two games the Knights have combined for 30 runs on 30 hits. If the bats stay hot, the pitching keeps throwing strikes, and the defense continues to play consistent, the Knights are a force to be reckoned with.
